JUNE 10-11JUNE 10-11

Maker Faire is the Greatest Show (and Tell) on Earth: A family-friendly festival of invention, creativity and resourcefulness, and a celebration of the Maker movement.

Part science fair, part county fair, and part something entirely new, Maker Faire is an all-ages gathering of tech enthusiasts, crafters, educators, tinkerers, hobbyists, engineers, science clubs, authors, artists, students, and commercial exhibitors. This year marks Maker Faire’s third annual festival in Berlin, at Station on June 10 &11.

Experience: Discover what Maker Faire has to offer: Robots breathing fire, incredible inventions, and a colorful mixture of several hundert Makers. You’re invited to join in, touch, and learn: Try (almost) everything for yourself, take part in workshops and learn how to solder, code or sew.

Join in: Show your project! At the last Maker Faire Berlin, 17,500 visitors were inspired by creative DIY ideas. Whether your interest is in technology or crafting, no matter if it’s a hobby, your job or your research, whether you tinker at home, at your local maker space or at school: At Maker Faire you will meet like-minded makers and a large audience.

Share and learn: Makers are educators, and everyone is learning something new at Maker Faire – to pursue as a hobby or in STEAM education at school. On Saturday, Maker Faire is open for school classes and their teachers, free of charge.

Maker Faire Berlin welcomes you to Station Berlin on June 10 & 11, 2017. Learn how to sign up as a maker or get your visitor’s ticket.
